1. Product Overview

The GE160 is a maintenance-required radial spherical plain bearing with a single-split outer ring and one-piece inner ring, adopting a standard steel-on-steel sliding contact pair. It is designed with an integral annular lubrication groove and radial lubrication holes on both rings, enabling regular grease replenishment to maintain low friction, stable wear resistance and reliable performance during long-term heavy-load operation.
This bearing can carry heavy radial loads combined with bidirectional axial loads, and features inherent self-aligning capability to automatically compensate for shaft deflection and mounting misalignment. It is ideal for low-speed, heavy-load, oscillating and tilting motion applications, widely used in construction machinery articulation points, hydraulic cylinders, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery and heavy lifting devices.
